Prenatal Yoga with Gina Baker

In this prenatal yoga class we will take the 4 weeks to connect and embrace your changing body, your growing sweet baby, and other pregnant women while moving through poses that will allow you to tap into your innate wisdom, build strength, release tension, and prepare your body for labor and mothering. This class is appropriate for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester. Drops ins are welcome.
